APPLETON (NBC 26) — UPDATE:
According to the Outagamie County Sheriff's Office, 14-year-old Alex Radkte has been located and is safe.
Authorities say Radke ran away from an Appleton group home on Saturday and has several mental and behavioral health conditions for which he takes prescribed medications.
Around 8:15 Wednesday evening, the Sheriff's Office sent out a release saying Radke was located safe and without incident.

Authorities are searching for a 14-year-old boy who may be a threat to himself or others if approached, the Outagamie County Sheriff's Office said.
The sheriff's office said Alex Radtke, 14 years old, ran away from an Appleton group home on Saturday. Alex is 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
According to the sheriff's office, Alex has several mental and behavioral health conditions which he takes prescribed medication for. He has not had his medications for several days and may be a threat to himself or others if approached.
Alex may not be cooperative when found. Anyone with information regarding his location is encouraged to call the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office at 920-832-5000.
