OSHKOSH (NBC 26) — An Oshkosh woman is accused of attempting to hire a person to commit a homicide.
According to the Oshkosh Police Department, investigators received information that a 39-year-old woman was attempting to hire a person to commit first degree intentional homicide. Police don't name the woman in a news release regarding the case.
Police said she was taken into custody during a traffic stop Tuesday night at about 8 p.m. near Jackson Street and Highway Y in Oshkosh. She was arrested for conspiracy to commit first degree intentional homicide. No one was injured during her arrest and police said the targeted victim was not injured.
