ONEIDA (NBC 26) — The Oneida Police Department said it's trying to find a man for questioning regarding an ongoing missing child investigation and outstanding warrants.
Police said Richard House is believed to currently be in the Green Bay/Oneida area or Appleton. If you see him or know his location please contact Officer Trimberger at the Oneida Police Department.
