WAUPACA COUNTY, Wis. (NBC 26) - One person is dead after a single-vehicle rollover crash in the town of Weyauwega.
It happened around 2:30 Wednesday morning, when the Waupaca County Communication Center received a report of the crash on CTH U on Railroad Grade Rd. The investigation showed a vehicle was traveling west when it entered the ditch, before re-entering the highway and rolling several times.
The driver was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger was taken to a hospital in Waupaca, and later transferred to a hospital in Neenah with life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
