APPLETON, Wis. (NBC 26) -- In one Northeast Wisconsin region lives different views on the first 100 days of Joe Biden's presidency.
"I've been really impressed with the way that the president has been able to move the vaccine efforts forward," Terra Winston of Appleton said. "Working at a university, that's been very helpful in us planning and thinking what's possible for the future."
On Wednesday, the president gave his first address to a joint session of congress. Winston says the Biden administration has accomplished a lot, but she still wants to see it do more.

"I'd like to see him do more around immigration," she said.
In Ashwaubenon, some locals say they want the president to turn his attention to other issues.
"Nobody's perfect, but you shouldn't be all talk and then turn your back on the American people and the issues at hand," Nick O'Hern said.
But O'Hern, an Ashwaubenon resident, says he appreciates some governmental health care efforts for the sake of his own condition.
"The vaccines, myself, I have a congenital heart disease, so it's probably beneficial that I get a vaccine," he said. "But on the other hand, I can see why people are scared. With experimental, you don't know really know anything about it."
And one Lawrence University student says his counterparts need more help from the government.
"I'd like to see student loan forgiveness, ideally 100 percent," senior Mason Materna said. "I think students and young people are really taking the brunt of the pandemic."
While many differ in their views on Biden's presidency, some still agree on one thing.
"I just hope the next 100 [days] go well and keep getting better and that he keeps addressing important matters," Winston said.
