APPLETON (NBC 26) — A new mural at the Fox Cities P.A.C. is celebrating Hmong Heritage Month.
The mural was painted Monday morning outside of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center on the windows facing College Avenue.
Fox Cities P.A.C. said it commissioned the mural from artist Nou Vue in honor of Hmong Heritage Month. The mural celebrates Hmong storytelling and culture.
Wisconsin has the third-largest Hmong population in the U.S., according to Wisconsin DHS.
