GREEN BAY, Wis. (NBC26) -- A new space with a focus on women networking and having a community has officially opened its doors in downtown Green Bay. The Nest Cowork + Club was founded by four women who said they saw Green Bay was missing a place for people to come and connect in person to achieve their goals, network and also focus on continuous improvement with workshops and sharing knowledge from other "go-getting" women in the community.

The Nest Cowork + Club is located at 111 N. Broadway Street and offers a 2,500 square-foot space that members can use, but is also available for renting out meeting spaces or for getting a day pass to use.

This Thursday there is a "Open House" event for people in the community to come out and learn more about membership and how The Nest can benefit them. There will also be a workshop from one of the co-founders, Sonny Hennessy. Guests can take a tour and network with other attendees starting at 5 p.m. and the workshop will start at 5:30 p.m.

There will also be community days sponsored by local businesses. On Friday, January 31st there will be a community day sponsored by Turning Point Chiropractic. What that means is the community is welcomed during open hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to come work and enjoy the space as well.

To attend the open house on Thursday, The Nest asks you to R.V.S.P. to the Facebook event. The space can also be rented. For more info, Click HERE.
