Neenah Police identify man in fatal motorcycle crash

NEENAH (NBC 26) — Neenah Police have identified a man who died after a motorcycle crash Sunday.

Police said the crash happened Sunday morning on Main Street in the downtown area of the City of Neenah. Paramedics and officers tried to save his life but were unsuccessful.

Neenah Police identified the motorcycle driver as 28-year-old Brandon Thurber.

The Neenah Police Department said the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office, Neenah-Menasha Fire Rescue, Gold Cross Ambulance, the City of Neenah Street Department, and the Winnebago County Coroner’s Office assisted with responding to this crash.

"Our condolences go out to the family and friends of Mr. Thurber during this difficult time," Neenah Police said in a statement.
