LOMIRA, Wis. -- A tornado touched down near Lomira, Wisconsin Tuesday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
A trained weather spotter confirmed the tornado, the NWS said. It was seen seven miles south of Fond du Lac moving east at 50 miles per hour.
Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur, the agency said.
