Some of the best Rubik's cube solvers in the world will be coming to Hartland this weekend to compete in a speed cubing tournament.
Around 50-60 people are expected to compete in this regional event including the no. 4 ranked speed cuber in the country, according to organizers.
The tournament will be held at Swallow Elementary from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. What's more, the entire event has been organized by the 140th ranked speed cuber in the world and Hartland native, Zeke Mackay.
"I really like the community and the people I've met through speed cubing in the past," the 13-year-old speed cuber said.
This will be the first ever competition held in Waukesha County.
The event is open to any one who can solve a Rubik's Cube or even spectators who just want to watch. Registration at the door for competitors costs $12.
