UPDATE: As of Friday, October 11, the Marinette County Sheriff's Office says Hoefert has not yet been located.
Several units, including K9s and drones, have been assisting in search efforts since Tuesday. Organized efforts have now scaled back and deputies are working with the family to determine other areas of interest for additional searches.
The Marinette County Sheriff's Office continues to encourage residents in the area to check their properties, cameras or outbuildings. If you see Norm, you are asked to call Marinette County Dispatch at 715-732-7627.
ORIGINAL REPORTING: Authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for Norman Hoefert, a 76-year-old man from Crivitz, who has been reported missing and may have dementia or another cognitive impairment. A Silver Alert has been issued, and his family and law enforcement are concerned for his safety.

Norman was last seen leaving his residence on foot, as he often takes daily walks. However, he has not returned, prompting concern.
