The Menasha Police Department is asking for help finding a missing disabled woman.
Police are trying to locate Lily Bartow. She is 21 years old and was last seen around 6:30 am Thursday in the 700 block of Eleventh Street when she left her house.
Menasha Police said Lily is disabled. She was last seen wearing grey shorts, a hoodie (unknown color), and carrying a black backpack with an owl on it. She is approximately 5'3' and her hair is longer on one side than the other.
Please call the Menasha Police Department, at 920-967-3500 if you have seen this person or know her whereabouts.
Lily has wandered off in the past and luckily she has been found safe each time, police said.
