GREEN BAY, Wis. (NBC 26) - Green Bay Police responded to the intersection of Amy St. and Bellevue St. just before 5 a.m. Wednesday, for reports of a man lying in the street.
The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Officers are at the scene and investigating the incident as a possible hit-and-run accident involving a car and bicycle.
The intersection will be closed for several hours during the investigation, and the public is asked to avoid the area.
