MANAWA, Wis. (NBC 26) - An 18-year-old man is in custody in Waupaca County after an investigation involving the Waupaca, Weyauwega, and Manawa Police Departments, with assistance from Waupaca County DHHS.
Alex Kasper was arrested in the city of Manawa on Thursday, March 5th. Police say he was charged with three counts of 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault - Intercourse with a person under twelve, and three counts of 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault - sexual contact with a person under the age of 13.
Kasper is being held on a $25,000 cash bond.
There is concern there could potentially be more victims throughout Waupaca County.
The investigation is ongoing.
