APPLETON (NBC 26) — A Minnesota man has been arrested in connection to a shooting in Appleton that injured a man last month, Appleton Police said.
The shooting took place in the 1300 block of West College Avenue on February 13th.
Appleton Police said Jonathan K. Yang, of St. Paul, was arrested for one count of first-degree reckless injury.
Police said Yang was taken into custody by the St. Paul Police Department on Monday for his alleged involvement with this incident.
Appleton Police are still investigating.
