GRAND CHUTE (NBC 26) — A man is under arrest after police said he shot at a vehicle while on I-41.
Grand Chute Police said at around 7:15 a.m. Friday, officers responded to a weapon complaint in the area of I-41 northbound at W. Northland Ave.
According to police, a driver said her vehicle was shot at several times while she was traveling northbound on the interstate. She wasn't injured and provided a suspect vehicle description to responding officers.
Police tracked down the vehicle and the suspect, saying officers found evidence linking him to the shooting. The 33-year-old man was taken into custody.
The suspect was booked into the Outagamie County Jail on charges relating to the incident, including Recklessly Endangering Safety and Criminal Damage to Property.
