WAUPACA COUNTY (NBC 26) — A 63-year-old man is accused of assaulting a minor at a Waupaca County campground.
In a statement Monday, the Waupaca County Sheriff's Office said it received a sex offense complaint on July 7th. The Sheriff's Office said a pre-teen girl reported that Richard (Rick) A. Klimek, a seasonal camper, had sexually assaulted her numerous times at the Farmer Genes Campground.
The Sheriff's Office said that Klimek was interviewed and arrested on July 14. Klimek appeared in court for a bond hearing Monday. He received a 25,000 cash bond.
