GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — A real whitetail deer looked confused as it peered back on UW-Green Bay's deer sculptures.

Education student Anastasia Johnson snapped the shot last weekend. The university said the group of three bronze deer, titled “Doe with Fawns,” was a major gift from John and Dorothy Blair.

Formally dedicated in 1989, the piece is by renowned wildlife sculptors William and David Turner. It is located along Nicolet Drive at the southwest entrance to campus and the Cofrin Arboretum.
