LITTLE CHUTE (NBC 26) — Reynebeau Floral in Little Chute said Mother’s Day weekend was packed with people coming in waves to pick up a special gift for mom.
The owner of the store said this year, one of the most popular items people have picked up is the hanging flower plants.
"Sales are very similar to last year. Last year was crazy and this year is crazy as well. Folks are coming in,” said Stephen Reynebeau, Reynebeau Floral owner. “They want vegetable plants, they want flowers, they want fresh flowers. We've got all of that available for them.”
And it doesn’t have to just be Mother’s Day to pick up something special for mom.
Reynebeau said the average amount a customer spent this Mother's Day was about $60.
He also said next weekend they’re having a vegetable sale that is expected to be very popular.
