TOWN OF WINNECONNE, Wis. — Winnebago County Sheriff's Office says a Kaukauna man died six days after a motorcycle crash.
According to the Sheriff's Office, the crash happened around 4:05 p.m. Sunday, June 2nd on CTH M near Clarks Point Road in the Town of Winneconne. The Sheriff's Office says a small group of motorcycles was traveling together when one of the bikes hit some loose gravel and crashed into a ditch.
On June 8th, the Sheriff's Office says the motorcycle operator, identified as 42-year-old Robert Winkers, died from his injuries.
The Sheriff's Office did not issue any citations in the crash and alcohol and drugs were not a factor.
