HORTONVILLE (NBC 26) — Tonight, the Black Otter Supper Club will be donating money towards the family of Jackson Sparks, the youngest victim involved in the Waukesha Parade incident.
Bob and Geri, the owners of the Black Otter Supper Club, are donating $10 to the 8-year-old's family for every person that wears a baseball jersey or clothing in honor of Jackson. So far, they have 33 employees participating, which is already at $330, as well as many other patrons donating money to the family that cannot make it out to the supper club tonight.
"We would like this message to be spread across the state in hopes that people will either be able to make it out to the supper club with their sports jerseys on or send monetary donations," said Genna Laabs, Otter employee.
Jackson was a huge baseball fan, and the movement #jerseysforjackson has been trending on social media.
