GREEN BAY, Wis. (NBC 26) — The Green Bay Metro Fire Department fought a fire Friday morning at a Green Bay home that was damaged by Wednesday's storm.
Crews arrived on the scene around 3:30 a.m. and found fire coming from the roof of the home. A tree was down on the back of the house, and power lines had been taken down with it.
WPS was on scene to secure the power lines.
Electrical lines on the home were live, and hampered the firefighters as they worked to put the fire out, but they were able to keep the fire from spreading before it was extinguished.
No injuries have been reported.
