“He’s playing today. He’s playing today, baby,” said Kati Herman.

Fans were excited to see his return as they were confident Rodgers could help the team inch one step closer to a Super Bowl.

“I really have faith in him. You know how Aaron Rodgers is going to retire soon. I really hope he can step up and do what he has to do in order for us to make it to the Super Bowl,” said Marko Dominguez, a fan visiting from Arkansas.

“This week we got it, Rodgers is back. We’ve got everybody on the team. We got it,” Herman said.

This was the first game back after Rodgers' COVID vaccine comments.

“I don’t like to get political,” said another fan.

Other fans simply chose to respect Rodgers’ opinion, and wanted to see him healthy and fully recovered at Sunday’s game.

“At the end of the day he’s a human, it’s his body, his choice, his rights. If you’re an Aaron Rodgers fan or Green Bay Packers fan just respect his feelings and what he feels about everything,” said Brandon Jorski, Green Bay.

“Excited to have him back, he’s a playmaker. But the fashion that he left is not ideal. Excited to have him back,” said Joe Turner, of Madison.

And as the Packers move up to 8-2, fans say they’re going to continue to come together and cheer on whom many consider their favorite quarterback.

“I just think that the accuracy that he has and the ability he has to like have people surround him, makes it so easy to cheer for him,” said Lauren Herzog.

“I just think he has a strong impact on the team and he’s a key team player.” said Sydnei Hurd, of Green Bay.

After Sunday's win, Rodgers met with members of the media for a press conference via Zoom.
