OSHKOSH, Wis. (NBC 26) -- A ceremonial groundbreaking was held Thursday for the construction of a new General Aviation Terminal Building.

The facility will replace the current GA Terminal and will be the new home of Basler Flight Service. The new facility will replace both the existing commercial service passenger terminal, built in 1971 and the existing GA terminal, built in 1958.

The single-story, 12,5000 sq. ft building will cost $4.9M. Organizers were able to secure $2M in grant funding.
