GREEN BAY (WGBA) Shoppers at Festival Foods in Green Bay were taking preventative measures Tuesday to not get coronavirus.
"I have my mask on and I am going to sanitize everything else when I get home," said Lindsey Price who had just finished shopping.
Grocery stores are one the essential businesses that remain open during Gov. Tony Evers' Safer at Home order. Price said this was the second time she went to the store since the beginning of March.
"I try not to go as much," she said. "I have Grandparents and parents I am trying to protect. I mostly stay at home."
She as well as many others were wearing gloves and masks while carrying groceries. She said it was to see everyone taking the measures.
"The only thing that would make me nervous would be seeing other shoppers not wearing protective gear," she said. "The did a good job inside of spacing everyone out so no was close to each other, and everyone could shop without getting angry."
