GREEN BAY, Wis. (NBC 26) -- If you need to get around town and don't feel like going on foot, there's a new option in Green Bay.

On Tuesday, the Green Bay City Council approved the introduction of an electric scooter pilot program with Bird Rides, Inc. There will be nearly 100 scooters placed around the city available for rent via smartphone.
