GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — Green Bay Police are asking drivers to avoid the area of University Ave. between Elizabeth St. and N. Henry St. due to an incident involving a semi-truck. Police are calling it an accident.
Motorists can use Eastman Ave. or Main St. as an alternative. Heavy trucks and other commercial vehicles may wish to use I-43 as an alternative as Eastman Ave. is a residential street.
The anticipated cleanup may take a couple of hours, police said.
