GREEN BAY — A Green Bay man is facing sixteen years of jail time and over $50,000 in fines after his 10th OWI arrest.
50-year-old David Bourassa was arrested, on Tuesday after he crashed his motorcycle off the East Mason northbound I-43 ramp.
Police say he blew a .147 during a breathalyzer check.
Bourassa is facing two repeat counts of OWI and Operating A Motor Vehicle While Revoked.
