Police plan to have a greater presence at Oshkosh West High School Friday, after the school was placed on "hold" two days in a row, according to a news release.
During the "hold," all students were kept in their classrooms.
Oshkosh West administration put the school on "hold" Thursday at 1:50 p.m. because of "an emergency issue with several students in a hallway," according to the news release.
Police assisted with "disruptive students," with the incident lasting approximately 30 minutes, the news release said. As of 2:20 p.m., the school resumed normal operations.
The additional planned police presence Friday is a precaution.
