Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin announced Friday that it is accepting donations again, but with some adjustments related to the coronavirus pandemic.

The organization stated in a Facebook post that it is ready to receive "noncontact" donations, meaning people will be able to drop off donations without interacting with a Goodwill staffer.

Goodwill states on its website that all team members handling donations will be required to wear masks or face coverings and gloves. Staffers will also practice social distancing.

"We are excited to say our donation doors are now open at all 27 retail stores and training centers with safety procedures in place through our noncontact donation collection," Goodwill states.

Goodwill also says its four Donation Expresses in the Fox Valley also have reopened. The Shiner Center and Outlet Store in Appleton remain closed. Noncontact donation hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. daily.
