GREEN BAY (WGBA) -- All across Green Bay, non profits were put on display Tuesday to showcase their work in the community. Two non profits teamed up to show people how art can be used as a way of healing.

"Art is a way of processing some things you've been though and where you are going and where you would like to go," said Megan Dickman-Renard, from Eye heart World.

Her organization teamed up with Mosaic Art for the event. They had on display several art stations like a rock coloring display and a note writing display.

"Art just means so much, it is so important," said Gregory Fredrick, a local artist.

What's important to these two groups, is helping survivors of human trafficking. They say art is the a great way of healing.

"I've been through so much, and I know this is going to help people to," Fredrick said.
