FREMONT, Wis. — A bank in Fremont was robbed at gunpoint Monday afternoon.
According to the Waupaca County Sheriff's Office at around 3:30 a man armed with a handgun walked into the Farmers State Bank demanding money.
The man was given an undisclosed amount of money in a camouflage colored soft cooler/lunchbox and left the scene in a black SUV.
The suspect is described as a white man, approximately 6 feet tall. The robbery is currently under investigation by the Waupaca County Sheriff's Office.
