GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- A man accused of secretly recording people inside a bathroom at a Green Bay high school has pleaded not guilty to criminal charges in the case.
Todd Naze is a former counselor who used to work at Green Bay Southwest High School. Authorities said in previous reports that some of the people caught on camera were underage students.
In court Wednesday, Naze pleaded not guilty to all eight counts he's currently facing in the case. Each count carries a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison.
He's scheduled to go to trial April 27.
Prosecutors will try to convict Naze of eight charges of production of child pornography, which a judge said span several months and victims.
Details inside a federal criminal complaint reveal even more allegations.
According to the criminal complaint, Naze admitted to hiding an iPod in a school bathroom and indicated he secretly filmed females in that bathroom for nearly two years.
According to the complaint, Naze kept hundreds videos and images on three flash drives..separated into folders titled with multiple victim's names.
The complaint said of the 30 victims who have been identified, 17 were minors, and seven are current students.
Many others depicted in movie and picture files have not been identified.
In the complaint, Naze denied to investigators that the videos and pictures were used for sexual gratification.
He is also facing more than a dozen state charges.
