GREEN BAY (WGBA) -- The Packers will be playing at least one home game in January. However, it remains to be seen if and how many fans will be allowed to attend that game. Given that not many have been allowed in this year, some fans are not expecting any changes.
"I would love to attend the game, but I don't think that is going to happen," said Jim Hornbled, a fan from Oconto.
The Packers have not yet announced their plans for the upcoming game. regardless, fans think they will be spending the playoffs at home watching the game.
"It is reallt heartbreaking, but I understand," said Wyatt Gleissner, another fan from Oshkosh. "My family has season tickets and it has been hard."
However, it doesn't seem like fans are worried the potential lack of fans will hurt the performance.
"They have been together all year and have played well given the circumstances," Hornbled said. "I don't think it will make a difference."
The team may miss the fans, but the fans know the team will feel the energy of the Green and Gold.
"They will feel our prescence," Gleissner said. "They know we will be supporting them."
