GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (NBC 26) -- At around noon on Tuesday a mobile COVID-19 testing site, an RV, was slammed into by a driver in Grand Chute. Following the crash, several healthcare workers who were inside the RV rushed out to offer aid to the driver, despite suffering from their own injuries.
Grand Chute Police and the local Fire Department were on scene to offer both the driver and several healthcare workers aid and assistance in being transported to a local hospital via ambulance. Local Police say that all of the injuries at this point appear not to be life-threatening. They add that the driver of the vehicle, which pushed the RV an estimated 10 feet, likely experienced a medical emergency while he was behind the wheel.
