MENASHA (NBC 26) — The body recovered from the Menasha Channel near the Racine Street Bridge on Sunday has been identified as 36-year-old Carolyn Leonard of Wisconsin Dells.
The Winnebago County Sheriff says the investigation into her death is ongoing.

The Winnebago County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a body was pulled from the water in Menasha, according to a post on the Department's Facebook page.
Deputies said the scene was between the bridges of Racine Street and Tayco Street.
Authorities are calling this an active death investigation.
