Tuesday marked Day Two of the James Prokopovitz homicide trial. James Prokopovitz is accused of killing his wife, Victoria “Vicky” Prokopovitz, who was last seen in 2013. Her body has never been found.
On Tuesday, the daughter of Vicky Prokopovitz took the stand in an emotional testimony. Marsha Loritz told the jury about her mother's state of mind leading up to her disappearance in 2013.
During testimony, the defendant became visibly agitated and showed disagreement.
The trial continues Wednesday.
