WISCONSIN (NBC 26) — The average number of daily COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin continued to drop after Monday's numbers were reported.

That average is now at 2,075 cases per day.

Monday, the Department of Health Services reported 1,083 confirmed positive cases.

The state also reported 54 additional COVID-19 related deaths, raising that measure's seven-day average to 44 deaths per day.

As we've seen in previous Mondays, the state's vaccination totals didn't move much after the weekend. DHS reports 239,102 vaccines have been administered in the state.
