He's known Bowles for about 30 years and says he's honored to perform to help Bowles.

“I think he'll be touched and I think he's the type of guy that would never expect this and he would never ask for this but I think he's too humble to understand how many people that he's touched and how many people he want to help him and how many people want to help him get better. We're not doctors but so we're doing what we can in our little piece to help Randy and his family hopefully get through this and see him on the other side,” Snyder said.

Others that know him also describe Bowles as a humble man and as someone who would not even ask for something like this.

"I think it's really going to touch him just to see. We keep telling him how amazing everybody's been. But for him to see the support out there and everyone praying that he gets back at it. I think he's going to be touched by it and nobody deserves it more,” said Ryan Vander Sanden, Epic Event Center Entertainment Manager.

In the meantime, loved ones and strangers continue to lift him up in prayers and hope he stays strong in his fight.

"We love you buddy. Get better. Next year we'll be out on the golf course drinking beers looking back. We won't laugh at it but looking back on it,” Snyder said.
