OUTAGAMIE COUNTY (NBC 26) -- The case against a man accused of killing his two young children in Kaukauna in February will move forward.
Matthew Beyer waived his preliminary hearing today in Outagamie Court.
The court ruled there was probable cause and he was bound over for arraignment.
