BROWN COUNTY (NBC 26) — The Brown County Parks system is using technology to help everything run smoother. They recently installed a new system allows park users to buy a day or season pass instantly with a credit or debit card.
Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach was on hand to deliver comments about the new system saying, "Ultimately this allows us to have a cashless point of sale. It allows us to have the ability for people who forget to bring their change and their cash with them, the opportunity to support these beautiful assets that the county has."
There are currently twelve of the auto pay stations in use in Brown County parks.
