“Children need support now more than ever," said Hess. "That connection that we’ve been missing through the pandemic is something that we can actually provide these children through our mentoring program, so the support and the dollars that go towards our program actually go directly into the children, so that they can get the mentors that they need, the support that they need to get them through this pandemic, so that they’re not just surviving, but they’re thriving.”
