They said the residents have been very busy cutting out hearts, taping, painting and supervising their very own "Share the Love Project."
"It gave them some purpose and they had a task to do for the day, and they felt so important," said Wendy Mohr, the LPN Director of Resdient Services at Allouez Parkside Village 2. "Now as they walk by and see the windows, they know they cut out the blues ones or they cut out the pinnk ones; they feel they were part of a big deal its becoming."
Staff members say the residents are proud of their hard work and hopes everyone feels the love from their residents and staff. Mohr adds their projects are not done yet. Their next project includes residents posting pictures about social distancing.
