GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- The COVID-19 pandemic has caused another cancellation. ArtStreet 2020 will not go on as planned.
Mosaic Arts Incorporated made the announcement on their Facebook page saying: "With increasing cases of Covid19 and the unpredictability of what might happen in the weeks ahead we felt it was the best decision."
The event was originally planned to run August 28-30 in downtown Green Bay.
The new plan is to have a one day "ArtStreet Road Show" on August 29th. Paper maps will lead people to ArtStreet artists exhibiting their crafts though out the Greater Green Bay area. This will allow social distancing while shopping for fine art. Yard signs will also be placed to help direct people to the artists pop-up exhibit spots.
