GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — People packed Broadway Street in downtown Green Bay for the second annual Mural & Busker Festival.

Organizers say ten new murals are being brought to life along the Broadway District.

The festival also features 25 different buskers — or street performers — including stilt walkers and living statues.

Organizers say the celebration helps bring new strength to the downtown area.

"A mural isn't something that just happens and goes away," On Broadway, Inc. director of special events Allie Thut said. "It has a lasting impact on our district. So, it helps with revitalization."

If you missed the festival today, the last day is tomorrow. It runs from noon to 4 p.m.
