The city of Appleton will install seven secure ballot boxes throughout the city to collect absentee ballot submissions.
Starting Thursday, ballot boxes will be available at all six fire stations as well as at city hall in Appleton. The city clerk's office has already mailed out 16,000 absentee ballots.
