APPLETON (NBC 26) — Excellerate Manufacturing is joining the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.

The company is building emergency medical units that can be used for triage, exam rooms, pharmacies, and more.

Company leaders said they can be set up in as little as two weeks from start to finish.

Leaders said the result is a valuable asset to the health care community, and the process is a morale booster for the workers.

"Everybody is a little scared or uncertain," Chief Experience Officer Tom Clark said. "This is something they can carve out that time and be positive and put that energy and all of their knowledge and hard work towards something positive."

Clark said the mobile units will help meet a growing demand for health care space nationwide.

The units are now available for ordering.
