GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — Another teen is facing charges after police say another threat was made against Preble High School. This is the second threat directed at the school this week.
Green Bay Police said officers were notified of a potential threat directed at Preble High School at around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. Police said the content of the threat was discovered as part of a Snapchat post.
Police said officers quickly identified and apprehended a suspect. According to Green Bay Police, a 14-year-old boy was turned over to juvenile authorities. He is currently being held in custody. Police said charges of terroristic threats are being referred to the Brown County District Attorney’s Office.
This is the second threat Preble High School has faced this week. On Monday, Green Bay Police said two teens admitted to making threats that prompted a police presence at the school. The two teens in that case are also facing charges of terrorist threats.
