GREEN BAY (NBC 26) — Brown County officials announced Tuesday an additional free COVID-19 testing at the Brown County Fairgrounds to help meet testing demand. The site will open this Friday at 8 a.m. Walk-ins will be welcome.
In a partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Accelerated Clinical Laboratories will be providing testing on-site beginning Feb. 4.
Depending on weather conditions, testing will be held either indoors or outdoors. Parking will be available along the midway of the Fairgrounds.
While appointments are not required, pre-registering may speed up your test visit.
Community members don't need to be experiencing symptoms to be tested. Accelerated Clinical Laboratories will be offering PCR confirmatory tested to residents at not cost. No insurance or identification required. Masks are required for this testing site.
