An Appleton Chef took on the twisted mind of Alton Brown and his diabolical sabotages on Food Network's "Cutthroat Kitchen" tonight.

"Spats" Executive Chef, Ryan Sherman was a contestant on the popular game show.  The contestants bid on sabotages to give to their competitors on the popular cooking show.  The winner keeps whatever money he has remaining.  They each begin with $25,000.00, but return their money if they are eliminated.

In the first round, Chef Ryan had to cook without the use of his fingers.  In round two, he had to prep his dish on a train that moved around the kitchen.  It all came down to the dessert round and his shoo-fly pie.

Chef Ryan won, taking home nearly $9,000.00 dollars in prize money.
